Lower Tier Waste Carrier Licence — For businesses that transport only your own non-construction waste, or for charity use. Fee: £79, Duration: Permanent.
Upper Tier Licence Renewal — Renew an existing Upper Tier licence. Fee: £229, Duration: 3 years.

About Our Service: We provide a checking and forwarding service for Waste Carrier registration applications. We review your application for completeness and submit it to the Environment Agency on your behalf. We do not issue licences ourselves.

Pricing: Our service fee is separate from the Environment Agency registration fee. Upper Tier — £135 service + £184 EA fee = £319 (3 years). Lower Tier — £79 service, EA fee free = £79 (permanent). Renewal — £104 service + £125 EA fee = £229 (3 years). Scotland may have different fee structures.
